O2 knocks £a hundred off the iPhone

Rumours were around today suggesting that O2 was about to chop the associated fee of the 8GB iPhone. I’ve simply bought an electronic mail from O2 confirming it. until June 1, the 8GB iPhone will value £169. it is not clear why O2 are making the move. Are they looking to clear stock prepared for a brand new model of the cellphone? Or are gross sales so sluggish that determined measures are needed? in all probability everyone’s shopping for the 16GB edition as a substitute? Nick Wilkins of O2 says the deal is being offered for trade causes. He say
