Following an outcry from environmentalists and customers, Apple is reversing its determination to walk faraway from EPEAT certification for its computer systems. On Friday, outgoing SVP of Hardware Engineering Bob Mansfield posted a letter on Apple’s site calling the move “a mistake.”
