Ars Technica shares a number of images of an early functional prototype of the iPhone from 2005, revealing a tool nearer in size to a thick iPad mini than an iPhone.
The pictures had been sent to Ars by using an anonymous former Apple worker who labored on the venture in the early 2000s.
