Apple is facing yet another lawsuit alleging ‘Programmed Obsolescence.’ Apple is accused of releasing iOS update that purposly slowed down iPhone and impacted the performance. Furthermore, the lawsuit adds Apple did this to force iPhone users to upgrade.
