Apple, is this maintenance downtime again? App Store users are reporting that they cannot access their App Store accounts. If you are already logged in, you can browse, make purchases and write comments, but if you log out once and try to log in again an error message pops up. This is not Internet problem, I never had one actually. If you are logged in try to check your account information, the same error message pops up. What is going on?
