CNN Money have just wrote a big news buzz today. They said that SingTel (Singapore Telecommuniations) will become the first company which officially launch iPhone in Singapore in this September. Since none of Asia company (nor China Mobile nor NTTDoCoMo) will likely does faster than that, it means that SingTel will automatically become the first in Asia.
