After the iPhone got somewhat wet and had to be replaced I noticed that the Shure headphones, which cost me a lot of cash – well a lot for me anyway, had stopped working properly. It took me nearly a week to notice though but the left one had only minimal volume. I was too embarrassed to send them off for repair so purchased another pair instead, the lower cost and what I think for Shure is the base model.
