Because it is BBEdit. It just is a fabulous application. It does almost everything you need from computer. Which is writing text. And marsedit just includes the middle man for posting to web. But it is anyway handled by hosted blog applications. Marsedit supports blogger, I agree. But if i am on blogger, I will hardly buy an app for blogging? So, I just write something in BBEdit and then posting this anywhere I need. Weblog, document, email, whatever. Though, if the task is largely formatting
