A rumor that Apple is planning to take a position $1 billion in a new Sharp manufacturing facility for constructing monitors for its iPhone and iPad products has resurfaced, simply days after a separate record claimed that the following-generation iPad has been delayed partly on account of manufacturing constraints from the provider.
