Gogii, the maker of fashionable messaging app TextPlus, is launching a carrier called TextPlus Free Calls that enables a number of gadgets, even Wi-Fi-only gadgets, to make and obtain telephone calls for free or very cheaply. Free Calls joins increasingly more IP-based communications opponents.
