Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE pill on Verizon will cost $499 with a two-year information contract at a minimum $30 per 30 days. Plans for every device have to move, and it is time for carriers to undertake a pay-per-use plan for all pills, not simply the iPad.
