There used to be excellent information for Apple and Comcast, but unhealthy news for Blockbuster woven into Time Warner’s conference call with investors today. Jeff Bewkes, Time Warner’s chief govt, mentioned that the corporate’s Warner Brothers studio will now unlock movies for video-on-demand techniques on the same day they are launched as DVDs.
